Oftentimes, customers will ask us, “What can I do to prepare for my Panviva implementation?” and our response usually surprises them. It doesn’t take much to prepare for an implementation, but there are two things you can do to help make the process smoother.

As part of the Ready-Set-Go process, we created a Content Development Plan to document all of the content that needed to be created in Panviva. The next step is to break the content up into Panviva procedures and get them ready for use. To do that, we need to gather a team of individuals who will work together to write, organize and format the content to go into Panviva.
Here are the key players who make up the Content Development Team. As part of the Ready-Set-Go workshop, we determine your immediate need and map out the processes that fall under that need. The next step is to take the process maps and create a Content Development Plan.
The Content Development Plan is a spreadsheet that helps us organize all of the content that needs to be built into Panviva. From that list, we can determine how long each of the content documents will take to create, as well as estimate a project end date. If the time frames don’t work, we can adjust the plan before getting started. Review the images to learn more about the Content Development Plan. The first step to any Panviva implementation is a 20-hour workshop (whether remote or onsite). This workshop allows us to determine your immediate need, map out your processes, and capture your best practices. There are four parts that make up a Ready-Set-Go workshop.
Take the time to think about the objective of the content you’re developing. Don’t add engagement for the sake of engaging. Make it purposeful. Ensure it enhances your learners' learning and doesn’t distract from what you are trying to accomplish.
