I believe that if the training doesn’t stick with the learner, it hasn’t truly met the business's goals. I started MAD Learning Design after 18 years of seeing organizations struggle with the same problem: confusion. Whether in finance, healthcare, or telecommunications, I saw brilliant teams slowed down by outdated training and processes that lived only in people’s heads.

My journey began in the world of technical writing. That foundation taught me the value of transparency and listening, and how to translate complex software and systems into clear, actionable steps for the people who use them. Over the last two decades, I’ve evolved from a writer to a Learning Solutions Architect, helping companies bridge the gap between their high-level objectives and their employees' daily success.
