​President and Founder

​Melissa is an experienced learning professional possessing the rare combination of technical expertise with strategic vision. For over 15 years, she has provided learning strategy, process improvement, technical writing, and learning development to clients in a variety of industries from finance to telecommunications to healthcare. Her strength lies in the technology world, having started out as a technical writer and moving up into the training industry. She has been in the technology world for over 20 years.

Melissa believes that training should be designed with the learner in mind. While meeting the goals of the business is important, the learners are the target audience and if the training doesn’t stick with them, then it didn’t accomplish the business goals it was set out to accomplish.
